To assist your buyer, we recommend preparing some notes on the following: 1. Instructions for operating the boiler and alarm system. 2. Locations of meters, fuse box, and stopcock. 3. Bin collection day. 4. Labeling all keys or leaving them in locks. 5. Closing all windows. 6. Locking all doors and garages. 7. Taking meter readings and contacting utility companies.

Our availability fluctuates allowing us to accommodate many requests. Additionally, we occasionally have last-minute cancellations, so it's always worth reaching out to us. We'll strive to accommodate your move to the best of our ability.

We recommend starting to pack non-essentials two weeks before your move day. This should give you ample time to pack everything at a comfortable pace.

You will need to pack everything except your hanging clothes. You can leave the pictures on the walls, and we can dismantle any large furniture for a small fee. We can provide removal boxes at £1.60 per box. Our general rule is, "If it fits in a box, put it in a box."

A quote from us lasts 45 days so we recommend booking a quote when you know the address you're moving to.

There is no fixed time for us to finish. We'll stay as long as necessary to ensure all furniture is rebuilt and placed in its proper position.

On the morning of your move, we will dismantle your furniture and load all your belongings onto our vehicles. Our goal is to complete this by 1 PM. After completion, we will transport your items to your new home, ready to unload and reassemble the furniture. If it's a large property or travelling far we would normally suggest our team dismantle prior to moving day.

Once the deposit is paid to hold the date, we will drop off boxes at a time that suits.
